Founded by our passionate pastry chef and chocolatier, Utkarsh Dalmia, BROOCO is the realization of his dream to create desserts he can be truly proud of. Utkarsh Has devoted immense time and energy to perfecting his craft, believing deeply in the art of dessert making.

Years Of Experience

Utkarsh’s journey into the cullnary world began while he was pursuing a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree at St. Xavier’s University. During his second semester, he made the bold decision to drop out of college and pursue dream of building a bakery empire.

Utkarsh attended Lavonne Academy of Pastry Arts in India, Where he learned from some of the finest pastry chefs in the country. This experience provided him with immense exposure to the intricacies of the food industry. At Lavonne, he strived to improve every day, absorbing every bit of knowledge he could from the kitchen environment. It was here that Utkarsha developed a keen interest in the art of making croissants and working with chocolate sculptures, which was a transformative experience for him.
